Crucially: When we build WhatsApp infrastructure for you,you own the data. We do not retain access to your customer conversations after the project hand-off, unless explicitly retained for support.

3. No Third-Party Sharing

We are engineers, not data brokers. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We do not use third-party tracking pixels (like Meta Pixel) on this site to retarget you.

4. WhatsApp Business API

Our services involve integrating with the Meta (WhatsApp) Business API. Use of WhatsApp is subject to Meta's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We architect systems to ensure you remain compliant with GDPR and local regulations, but you remain the "Data Controller" of your customer data.
