Terms of Service

1. Engagement

By engaging our services (Audit, Build, or Retainer), you agree to the terms outlined in your specific Scope of Work (SOW). These web terms govern general site usage and initial inquiries.

2. Intellectual Property

We believe in ownership. Upon full payment of the project fee ("The Build"), all source code, scripts, and configuration files created specifically for your project become your sole property.

We retain no rights to license your custom code to competitors. You are free to modify, host, or extend the system as you see fit.

3. Liability

Our automation solutions are built to high engineering standards. However, we are not liable for business interruptions caused by third-party platform changes (e.g., Meta API outages, policy changes) or misuse of the software.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our engineering work:

• Audits: Non-refundable once the Roadmap is delivered.
• Builds: Milestones are non-refundable once approved.
